What are the non-exchangeable banknotes?
The criteria of making the decision of exchangeable bills are set by considering
Japanese customers.
We can only exchange distributed bills.
Please be aware that if customer's bill were greatly damaged or has stains, we may not
accept your banknotes to exchange.
In regard to Chinese Yuan, we cannot exchange any banknotes which are smaller
amount than 1CNY.
Can I exchange CNY banknotes smaller than 1CNY?
Below are some examples for non-exchangeable banknotes.
*If there were some bills which we cannot exchange, we will either send you back (additional 500yen for delivery fee) or donate to NPOs.
