Can I request a specific date and time for delivery?
All the orders will be sent by the post office, so we cannot accept the request for specific date and time for delivery. However, if they missed you, they will leave the slip, and you can request for the redelivery date and time then, or you can pick up the package yourself from the post office by going there with slip and your Photo ID.
