Start Day	2015/01/05(Mon)
Closed	2014/12/31(Wed)～2015/01/04(Sun) *You can still order online during this period, but our customer service will not start until 1/5(Mon).

● Sending out your Package

Last Day	2014/12/30(Tue)
Start Day	2015/01/06(Tue)

*1/5(Mon) is a packing day for preparation of 1/6(Tue), so we will not send out your package until 1/6(Tue).

● Office Visit

Last Day	2014/12/26(Fri)
Start Day	2015/01/06(Tue)

*Please make an appointment by the day before your visit.

● Fixed Rate for Selling Foreign Currencies (exchanging foreign currencies to Japanese yen)

If you order for selling foreign currencies during the period of 12/30(Tue)～1/4(Sun), the postmark deadline will be 1/6(Tue) in order to exchange with your fixed rate.
If your postmark deadline were 1/7(Wed), we will apply the rate of the moment we are inspecting your foreign currencies.

● Dates to get Delivered

The post office is very busy during New Year's Holiday, so it might take additional days to get delivered to your place compare to usual days.

Please order ahead of time if you are in hurry of needing foreign currencies.

We also have express delivery with extra fee (500yen), so if you are worried, please let us know.
