WE ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS NOW!!!
We are starting from 10/5(Sun).
The business hours are 10:00～18:00 the same as weeekdays.
*English support will be limited during the weekends.
Please check our service details for Sundays below.
(*It is the same as Saturdays) 【We are now open on Saturdays】

● Buying Foreign Currencies

Payment-Upon-Receipt	・Orders placed by 15:00 will be sent out on the same day you ordered
Bank Transfer	・It is available only for "Rakuten Bank" Users ・If we confirm your deposit by 15：00, we will send out on the same day you ordered *If you transfer money from different bank (Other than Rakuten bank), we can confirm on the next business day, so please be careful.

● Selling Foreign Currencies

Mailing	・After inspecting your foreign currency, we will send you Japanese Yen by "Registered Mail"
Bank Transfer	・After inspecting your foreign currency, we will process the payment. *You can check your recepty of payment on the next business day of your own bank.

● Delivery

We send out your packages by "Recorded Delivery," so it will be delivered on the weekends and holidays.
If you want your package fast, please let us know by calling at 03-6418-1561.
"Registered Mail" is also delivered on weekends and holidays.

●Order in-person / Visiting our office

Office visit is closed on the weekends and holidays, but you can still make an appointment on the phone on Sturdays in order to visit our office on weekdays (except holidays).
Please make an appointment by the previous business day.
