How to send your foreign currency to our office
This instruction is for the customers who ordered to exchange from foreign currency to Japanese Yen.
It only takes 3 easy steps, and your foreign currency will be hand delivered by post officer, so it is safe.

STEP 1
Prepare your foreign currency and envelope

② Write down your name and order number

③ Put your foreign currency in the envelope
Seal the envelope securely with a tape.
*It will be more secured if you put 〆or stamp on the line when you seal it.
※ Please be aware of paper bills we cannot handle or exchange
STEP 2
Go to the post office
① Fill in the paper named ”Kakitome Tokutei Kiroku Yubinbutsu Tou Sashidashihyo(書留・特定記録郵便物等差出票)” at the post office

※We recommend you using Ippan-Kakitome if you are sending more than 50,000yen
worth of foreign currency.

② The post officer will take over from here
STEP 3
Done!
You will get a tracking number. You can check the status of your package with this tracking number by going to the website of the post office.

STEP 4
You will get your Japanese Yen
Your foreign currency will be hand delivered by a post officer. After inspecting your foreign currency, we will deposit or send Japanese Yen.
If the post officer told you that you cannot send foreign currency, please show them the document below by printing out or using your smart phone.
