▼どんなきっかけで「外貨宅配サービス」に興味を持ちましたか？

I have never used this service before because its charge to exchange is usually not inexpensive and not quick. However, this company "Dorueuro" changed my image to completely opposite way.

I was searching by Yahoo that searching key were " Chinese Yuan, exchange" and I just hit this website.

Firstly, I thought like Wow ! How come these good rates ? and it seemed new company so that I could not trust them at the beginning.

▼なぜ外貨両替ドルユーロを選んだのですか？

I think this is the cheapest way to get Chinese Yuan that I have ever found.

Actually, I had been holding several currency which I had brought from my trips and I was looking for the place that I can exchange from those foreign currency to Chinese Yuan economically. The result was OK ! I am satisfied to choose this company and I will surely recommend to my friends !

Easy to understand, doesn't take a time to get back, and the way they do is very simple.

▼外貨両替ドルユーロの悪い点はどこですか？

I don't know whether this is a bad point or not, but I wish they could have more options of banking accounts. For instance, Mitsuisumitomo bank, Yucho bank and so on.

▼外貨両替ドルユーロへ今後の期待、要望を教えてください。

I hope that when we make 2 types of order at the same time, they should not ask double expense. My order was that "foreign currency to foreign currency(500yen for delivery)" and "Japanese yen to foreign currency(more than 100000yen=free delivery)'. In this case, I think they could be delivery free because they can send those exchanged amount in the same envelop at once. I was disappointed only for this point. Other everything else was ok.

We usually take delivery fees for both SELL and BUY orders, and you can make it waived depending on your order amount or our campaign.

However, one of your orders were buying foreign currency with other foreing currencies.

In this case, process fee is also included in this 500yen fee, so we couldn't waive the fee.
